Juventus are exploring a deal to sign Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush.

Marmoush made only eight Premier League starts during his first full season at the Etihad, with the presence of Erling Haaland having limited his minutes.

A number of clubs are monitoring his situation, with Aston Villa linked in January, and Tuttosport are reporting that Juventus are among them.

The 27-year-old is an option to strengthen the club’s attacking options, though the finances of a deal could be difficult. City spent £59m to sign Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt in January 2025 and the Egyptian international is understood to earn around £295,000-a-week.

Marmoush has emerged as a player of interest for Juventus as they assess attacking reinforcements for the new season.

The Italian side are planning a rebuild for next season after a disappointing Serie A campaign. Luciano Spalletti’s side finished sixth in the table to miss out on Champions League qualification.

At least one forward is high on the list of priorities for Juventus, with Dusan Vlahovic leaving the club as a free agent. Jonathan David and Lois Openda are also options to leave after disappointing debut seasons in Turin.

David is attracting interest from England and France after impressing for Canada at the World Cup.
