According to Ilbianconero.com, Cambiaso injured his quadriceps in the left thigh. At minute 68, the Italian defender was replaced by Alberto Costa.
Juventus coach Igor Tudor was already dealing with a selection crisis in defence as the Bianconeri had travelled to Bologna without Gleison Bremer, Juan Cabal, Lloyd Kelly and Federico Gatti.
Because of the many injuries in defence, Nicolò Savona was deployed as a right centre-back in a three-man defence at the Stadio Dall’Ara, joined by Renato Veiga and Pierre Kalulu.
Cambiaso is expected to undergo medical tests in the coming hours.
A Khephren Thuram goal gave Juventus the lead in the first half against Bologna, but Remo Freuler levelled the score after the break.
The Bianconeri will meet Lazio, Udinese and Venezia in the last three games of the campaign.
