Juventus are pressing forward in the transfer market as they look to bolster Igor Tudor’s squad following a disappointing Club World Cup campaign, according to reports from Tutto Juve, Bianconera News, Spazio J, and Mondo Bianconero. Attacking reinforcements remain the clear priority, with several significant moves and negotiations ongoing.

The Bianconeri have already secured Jonathan David as their first major signing for the 2025/26 season. The Canadian international arrives from Lille on a free transfer and has signed a five-year deal. His record at club level is impressive, with 87 goals in 178 Ligue 1 appearances and a title-winning campaign in France, offering a major boost to Juventus’ forward line.

Attention now turns to other attacking targets, with Jadon Sancho’s move from Manchester United nearing completion. Michele De Blasis reports that Juventus are optimistic, with a fee of €25 million set for the English winger and a contract worth €6 million plus bonuses close to being agreed. Final details remain to be resolved, but sources expect an agreement soon, as Sancho is understood to be eager for the switch following his exclusion from United’s plans.

While David and Sancho shore up the frontline, Juventus have abandoned their pursuit of Viktor Gyokeres, who will join Arsenal for €80 million, according to Bianconera News and Tutto Juve. With Gyokeres off the table, the focus has shifted to Randal Kolo Muani, but PSG’s €40 million demands have complicated matters and prompted interest from Barcelona as well. Spazio J suggests Marcus Rashford could become a viable alternative, particularly if Kolo Muani’s situation changes.

There is also ongoing midfield speculation. Morten Hjulmand of Sporting CP is admired, but his €40 million valuation is seen as prohibitive, prompting Juventus to consider Leicester’s Wilfred Ndidi as a more affordable option. However, competition for Ndidi is expected to be strong.

The name of Victor Osimhen continues to surface in columns and debates. Both Tutto Juve and Bianconera News reference commentary that Osimhen would be a transformative addition for Juventus – a “jolly” who could put the Bianconeri in serious title contention. However, reports indicate Osimhen is prioritizing a move to Galatasaray, with Napoli only likely to negotiate with Juventus if that Turkish deal falls through.

Meanwhile, Juventus are aiming to retain key pieces from the current squad. Efforts are ongoing to confirm Francisco Conceicao’s future, while several names – including Weston McKennie and Nico Gonzalez – are seen as potential departures to help finance further moves.

As the transfer window enters a decisive phase, Juventus’ strategy reflects both pragmatism and ambition – targeting proven goalscorers, trimming the wage bill, and remaining attentive to opportunities created by shifting market dynamics. Fan expectations remain high, with significant squad changes expected before the new season begins.
