The Premier League's radar has locked onto Turin. Pierre Kalulu, the Juventus defender, is emerging as a hot commodity in England, with interest in his services growing by the day.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, a host of top-flight English clubs are keeping a very close watch on the French-born player, who may be on the move when the summer transfer window swings open.
The rationale behind a potential sale is simple economics. The Bianconeri are reportedly looking to raise funds to bankroll their own recruitment drive, and cashing in on the versatile 25-year-old could provide the necessary financial injection. Among the interested parties, two names stand out: Manchester United and Liverpool. Both giants are reportedly drawn to the Congolese-descended defender's adaptable profile, a quality that allows him to shore up multiple positions along the back line.
Currently under contract with Juventus until the summer of 2029, Kalulu's market value is pegged at a cool €28 million by Transfermarkt. It's a price tag that reflects both his long-term commitment to the Italian side and his consistent performances on the pitch.
This season alone, the central defender has been a workhorse, featuring in 38 matches across all competitions. Beyond his defensive duties, he has also contributed directly to the scoreboard, notching two goals and providing four assists—a testament to his regularity and his forward-thinking mindset when the team needs a spark.
