The Italian goalkeeper suggested on Monday that he was close to reaching an agreement with the Bianconeri.

Agresti claims that “only the signature is missing”, meaning the two parties have reached a full agreement.

Calciomercato.com claims Gatti will sign a contract extension right after Perin.

The Italy international has reportedly agreed to extend until 2029. His salary will increase from €1.4m to over €2m per season.

Juventus host Stuttgart in the Champions League Round 3 this evening. Perin is expected to start in goal, replacing the suspended Michele Di Gregorio, while Gatti will probably rest initially and go to the bench.
