Serie A giants Juventus want to sign another midfielder this month and they have tested the waters for Giacomo Bonaventura and Roberto Pereyra.
Romeo Agresti has reported about Juve’s interest in the duo, stating that initial contact has been held already. Juve spoke to Fiorentina about Bonaventura but they could not find the opening to sign the Italian. Fiorentina have shown that they are not going to open up to a sale this month.
As for Pereyra, talks have been held with Udinese and the Serie A side have made it clear that they want €3 million to €4 million to let the ex-Juve midfielder rejoin the Bianconeri. As of now, Juve do not want to pay that amount as they believe that Pereyra isn’t young anymore and they would only want to pay a lesser fee.
Both the players remain on Juve’s radar but it remains to be seen if they actually succeed in the move.
