Juventus reorganized their management very late last summer and faced a race against the clock. Instead, the officials will have more time to scout and shortlist players ahead of January and especially next June, Corriere dello Sport reports.

The Bianconeri are expected to key in on the midfield in particular. They scrambled to bring in Pape Sarr on loan from Tottenham after Manuel Locatelli and Khephren Thuram got seriously hurt. They aren’t done addressing the role.

Juventus have already been linked to Darry Bakola and Alessandro Romano, for whom the competition will be fierce. Inter are keen on the latter, while a few Premier League sides have set sights on the Sassuolo youngster.

The Old Lady emissaries will be particularly busy in Brazil and have several starlets on their radar. They have started tracking Corinthians’ André and Breno Bidon. The former’s agent admitted to ESPN (via Europa Calcio) that he was on the verge of joining Milan in the summer, but his current club backtracked at the 11th hour. His teammate is fresh off his maiden Seleçao call-up.

The Bianconeri are also monitoring Santos’ Gabriel Bontempo, who’s in Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen’s crosshairs, and Fluminense’s Matheus Martinelli. Roma chased after him in 2025, while Atalanta unsuccessfully tried last summer. He has just been selected by Carlo Ancelotti.
