West Ham United star Emerson Palmieri is reportedly attracting interest from Serie A giants Juventus.
The 30-year-old has been a key player for the Hammers this season. Manager Julen Lopetegui has started him in 14 Premier League matches.
The left-back will miss West Ham’s away fixture against Bournemouth on Monday due to suspension, but Lopetegui rates him very highly.
Juventus are interested in bringing the player to Italy during the January transfer window, according to Juvelive.it.
The Italian giants have identified Emerson as an ideal option, as he boasts Serie A experience, having played for Roma between 2015 and 2018.
However, West Ham will likely not sanction an exit for a player who has been very important to them this season.
The 30-year-old has a contract until 2026, with the club also having an option to extend it by another year.
Emerson joined West Ham in 2022, and he has gone on to make 97 appearances in all competitions.
West Ham have struggled this season, but the left-back has been largely impressive with his performances.
He has been averaging 2.5 tackles, 3.5 ball recoveries, 1.5 clearances and 0.8 interceptions per game in the Premier League.
