Kader Meïté set for Rennes exit as Al-Hilal agree deal

L'Équipe reports that Rennes and Al-Hilal have reached agreement over the transfer of 18-year-old striker Kader Meïté.

Al-Hilal's first proposal was 23 million euros plus three million in bonuses, which Rennes turned down.

The Saudi club returned with a bid valued at 30 million euros, again including three million in bonuses and a sell-on percentage. Rennes accepted.

Meïté is under contract at Rennes until 2028.

This season he has made 19 appearances in all competitions for Stade Rennais, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
