Aberdeen beat Livingston 6-2 at Pittodrie on Saturday to rise from eighth to seventh in the Scottish Premiership.

Kenan Bilalović swept the hosts in front in the ninth minute after a corner. A Kevin Nisbet finish was then ruled out after a VAR review for offside (19.).

Livingston hit back as Mahamadou Susoho levelled (28.) and Robbie Muirhead turned the game around (31.). The Dons answered on the stroke of the interval, with Kevin Nisbet equalising in the fourth minute of first half stoppage time before firing them ahead in the eighth minute of first half stoppage time.

The second half boiled over when Jack Milne was sent off for violent conduct (69.). Moments later, Jeremy Bokila was also sent off for violent conduct (70.). The Dons quickly reasserted control as Sivert Heltne Nilsen glanced in a header from a Stuart Armstrong cross (75.).

Topi Keskinen added a late brace, first rifling home (85.) from a Graeme Shinnie pass, then finishing in the second minute of second half stoppage time after Toyosi Olusanya's assist.

The Dons dominated the ball with 60.6% possession and produced 17 attempts. Livingston managed seven attempts.

Next, the Dons visit Kilmarnock in the league. Livingston host Motherwell.
