Kheira Hamraoui to appeal after labour tribunal rejects case against PSG | OneFootball

Kheira Hamraoui will appeal after the labour tribunal dismissed all her claims against PSG on Tuesday.

According to L'Équipe, the former France international had accused her former employer of moral harassment and was seeking three and a half million euros. The tribunal also ordered PSG to pay Kylian Mbappé 61 million euros for unpaid salaries and bonuses.

Her lawyer, Maître Garbarini, said they will lodge an appeal and set out their case before the court. He said he remains optimistic, arguing that repeated actions by the club caused moral harassment and would be highlighted.

Reacting to the decision, Garbarini expressed disappointment and maintained that his client has a strong case. He said the tribunal failed to take full account of the evidence they submitted to support a finding against PSG.

He added that, had the tribunal ruled in Hamraoui’s favour, PSG would have appealed.
