Tottenham Hotspur faced off against Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. Spurs made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
Ezri Konsa put the home team ahead in the 59th minute before Boubacar Kamara doubled Aston Villa’s advantage in the 73rd minute. Ange Postecoglu’s men ended up suffering a poor 2-0 loss away from home.
Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham player performed during the match against the Villans.
GK: Antonin Kinsky – 7.5/10
He made his fair share of saves at the back but it was not enough tonight.
RB: Djed Spence – 6/10
Spence had to do a lot of defending and made one good run with the ball.
CB: Kevin Danso – 6.5/10
He put his foot through the ball when required but still ended up conceding twice in the second half.
CB: Ben Davies – 6/10
Davies made some crucial clearances inside his half but was far from convincing at the back.

CM: Pape Matar Sarr – 7/10
He protected his backline well at times but struggled to make an impact in the opposition half.
RW: Mikey Moore – 6/10
Moore failed to threaten the opponent’s goal and did well to last 86 minutes.
CAM: Wilson Odobert – 6.5/10
He managed to shine at times but never looked like he would score.
LW: Heung-min Son – 5.5/10
Son was quiet for most of his time on the field. He was replaced in the 73rd minute.
