Jurgen Klopp reportedly set conditions for Real Madrid before agreeing to take over as head coach in the future.

Klopp demands major squad changes

Reports have revealed that Jurgen Klopp has placed firm demands in front of Real Madrid if he is to become the club’s next head coach.

According to the reports, Klopp made it clear that he wants full control over sporting decisions, with no compromises.

The German coach believes that deep changes are needed in the squad to fit his high-pressing and fast-paced playing style.

Klopp is said to have asked for reinforcements in key areas starting with the defense.

He reportedly wants two top-level centre-backs to restore balance at the back, along with new midfield players capable of controlling the tempo and handling intense physical demands.

Midfield reshuffle and Endrick’s role

In midfield, Klopp is believed to be seeking a complete rebuild. He wants players who can press aggressively, recover the ball quickly and keep the game moving at high speed.

He also reportedly asked for Brazilian teenager Endrick to be fully integrated into first team and given a central attacking role showing his willingness to trust young talent if it fits his system.

Shock exit requests

The biggest surprise in the reports is not about new signings but about possible departures.

Klopp is said to have requested the exits of Jude Bellingham & Eduardo Camavinga before starting his job.

Both players are key figures at Real Madrid and among the most popular names in world football.

However the reports claim Klopp believes they do not fully match the tactical demands of his system or that complete midfield reset is needed to build new identity.

Full authority or no deal

Reprots say Klopp’s stance is clear and non-negotiable. He believes his success at the Santiago Bernabeu would depend on having full authority over squad planning even if that means letting go of star players.
