Konate Gets 8, Van Dijk With 7 | Liverpool Players Rated In Lackluster Draw Vs Leeds United

Liverpool entertained Leeds United at Anfield earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Reds made a dominant start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Arne Slot’s men pushed on in search of the winning goal in the second 45 minutes but were held to a lackluster 0-0 draw at Merseyside.
Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player fared during the clash against the Whites.
He made a couple of solid saves at the back but was a bit careless with his passing.
RB: Conor Bradley – 6.5/10
Bradley worked his socks off at both ends of the field.
CB: Ibrahima Konate – 8/10
He dealt with the danger when he could and won his fair share of aerial duels.
CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 7/10
Van Dijk performed his defensive duties well and was a strong presence in the air.

LB: Andy Robertson – 6.5/10
He made two inviting chances going forward and was replaced after the hour mark.
CM: Ryan Gravenberch – 7/10
Gravenberch was a positive influence at both ends of the field.
CM: Curtis Jones – 7/10
He made two decent chances in the final third and came back to defend when he could.
RW: Jeremie Frimpong – 7/10
Frimpong used his pace well at times to get to the byline, but failed to make a difference in the final third.
CAM: Dominik Szoboszlai – 7/10
He engineered a few good chances for others around him, but lacked quality in front of the opponent’s goal.

Wirtz was not shy of having a strike at goal and was substituted in the 65th minute.

He caused a few headaches for his marker but failed to register a goal.
