Daniel Kretinsky is taking a hands-on approach in West Ham‘s next manager appointment.
The Czech billionaire and major shareholder is reported to be underwhelmed by what has occured in east London in recent months, with the club failing miserably in the managerial front since David Moyes departed the club back in May 2024.
Since then the club have appointed both Julen Lopetegui and Graham Potter, both of whom have failed miserably which leaves West Ham staring relegation in the face unless something drastic changes.
We understand that the man that Kretinsky wants to see arrive is Marco Silva, however the compensation is the issue once again at the club, despite the club being the 16th richest in world football.
Nuno Espirito Santo is still very much the favourite, however there appears to be a chance that a move for Silva could be realised. It is now down to who is willing to push to invest in a proven manager, [that could be tempted with a switch to east London.
