Having been without a contract following a loan at Al-Orobah in Saudi Arabia, he signed a two-year deal on Wednesday the third of September.

The France international previously played for Saint-Étienne, Chelsea and West Ham.

Five months on from signing, he has made four appearances for Cluj, three in the league and one in the national cup.

His debut for the club was on 21 September.
