Kurt Zouma signs for Palm City FC in UAE

Kurt Zouma has moved within the United Arab Emirates, dropping a level by signing for Palm City FC on Saturday.

The player said in an Instagram post confirming the deal that this is a new chapter, he is eager to start and ready to work hard, push his limits and give his best for the team.

The 31-year-old France international, developed at Saint-Étienne and capped 11 times with one goal, joined Al-Wasl in February.

Al-Wasl finished third in the UAE top flight last season.

Before that move, he had begun the 2025-2026 campaign at CFR Cluj, then left Romania due to unpaid wages and terminated his contract.

Palm City FC are newly promoted to the Second Division and were founded in October 2023.
