Kylian Mbappé will leave the France camp after sustaining a knee injury, despite scoring in the 1-0 win in Türkiye.

The captain opened the scoring in the 54th minute, then went off soon after during the Nations League match on Friday. It was Zinédine Zidane’s first game in charge.

'It is not good, unfortunately,' Zidane said when asked about the Real Madrid forward’s withdrawal. 'I think he will have to go back.'
