La Liga Esperancina puts back Primera and Tercera matches by a week

Due to inclement weather, poor field conditions, and the forecast for rainfall, the Esperancina Football League decided to postpone by seven days the nine matches corresponding to the fourth round of the Primera and Tercera División Clausura Tournament that were scheduled to be played today. All pending action has been fully moved to next Sunday.

The matchday had already seen action on Thursday and Friday with four matches played in advance:

San Martín (Progreso) 1 – AD Juventud (Esperanza) 1: Goals by Nicolás Dobler (SM) and Francisco Bien (ADJ).
Atlético Franck 4 – Unión de Esperanza 2: For the home side, Benjamín Aguirre, Facundo Fux, Valentino Moro, and Adriel Manente (own goal) scored. For the “Repollero,” Nahuel Ciró and Manente himself pulled two back.
Deportivo Elisa 2 – Domingo Faustino Sarmiento 1: Marcos Ortega and Bautista Bonetti gave the home side the win; Gastón Meier scored the visitors’ temporary equalizer.
Argentino (López) 1 – Central San Carlos 5: A commanding away win with four goals from Federico Sola and one from Ezequiel Gómez. Bautista Salas scored Argentino’s consolation goal.
