Shaken by their recent home defeat to Getafe (0-1), Real Madrid are looking to bounce back this Friday night as they travel to face Celta Vigo. The Merengues, currently sitting second in La Liga, are up against a Galician side firmly settled in the top half of the table.
But the challenge ahead looks tricky for Alvaro Arbeloa. The Madrid coach will have to deal with a lengthy list of absentees due to injuries and suspensions. Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga, Éder Militão, and David Alaba are among those unavailable for selection.
Despite these numerous absences, the Spanish tactician will be able to rely on a 21-man squad as he looks to get the Madrid engine running again, with the likes of Vinicius Junior and several youth academy products called up to provide reinforcements.
