Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has on Tuesday evening equalled teammate Marcus Rashford in a key category across the season to date.

The category in question? Most goal contributions in Hansi Flick’s squad.

Barcelona are of course currently locked in action on the continent, in a Champions League meeting with Greek outfit Olympiacos.

Fermín López has proven himself the star of the show thus far, courtesy of a fine brace.

It was the aforementioned Lamine, though, who, for the 2nd game running, laid on the assist for Barcelona’s opening goal.

And in the process, the Spaniard moved level atop the goal contribution chart in the Blaugrana’s first-team ranks in 2025/26.

Heading into Tuesday’s action, Marcus Rashford led the way in Catalunya’s capital, with seven combined goals and assists to his name.

Lamine, though, has now racked up the same number, courtesy of two goals, and five assists across all competitions.
