Speaking to the media early this week, the subject of the one defender who stood out above all others he has faced was in turn put to Lamine himself.

And the Spanish international, as cited by Diario Sport, highlighted an altogether surprising name in his response: Germany and RB Leipzig star David Raum.

Turning attentions back towards the pitch, Lamine has of course endured an altogether difficult 24 hours, stretching back to Sunday night.

After being hauled off prematurely in Barcelona’s hugely disappointing La Liga defeat at the hands of Leganés, the young winger was condemned to a spell of three to four weeks on the sidelines, owing to an ankle injury.
