Las Palmas have this weekend been dealt an untimely blow on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that Albert Moleiro is set for a predicted incoming spell on the sidelines.
Winger/attacking midfielder Moleiro is for his part fresh off a productive opening to the term, which has seen the 20-year-old impress across four appearances for Las Palmas.
Such endeavours culminated in Moleiro being afforded an international call-up last week, linking up with Spain’s U21s for meetings with Scotland and Hungary.
After featuring off the bench against the former, however, the youngster has since picked up an injury.
As per a report from Marca:
‘Las Palmas has learned that its player Alberto Moleiro has left the Spanish Under-21 team’s training camp due to “muscle problems”.’
Moleiro will now be put through an incoming round of medical scans and checks, the results of which will determine the status of his availability moving forward.
