One thing we’re really not surprised to see as the summer transfer window arrives is links connecting Chelsea to Eli Junior Kroupi.

The Bournemouth sensation just made himself the highest teenage scorer in Premier League history with a superb goal against Manchester City. Despite having been used all across the front line, Kroupi has ended the campaign with 13 Premier League goals.

Chelsea lag behind top rivals in chase for youngster

It’s been a while since a Chelsea player notched that many in the league – let alone a teenager. So the Blues have been thrown into the mix as interested parties along with a host of other top teams – Arsenal and Barcelona are the most mentioned.

The Daily Mail say that Chelsea are being “kept informed” on the French youngsters status, with Bournemouth currently maintaining that he won’t be sold.

Sadly, from our perspective we’ve the least attractive of the Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea trio. We are the only ones not in the Champions League next season, and the ones with the longest odds to win a domestic title too.
