In the latest September 2025 CONCACAF Club Rankings, Mexico's Cruz Azul remains firmly atop the standings, followed closely by Club América, holding onto their dominant positions across the region.

Reigning Concacaf Champions Cup winners Cruz Azul remain the top team in the region closely followed by Club América in second place, Inter Miami, Deportivo Toluca, and Columbus Crew round out the top-five

The biggest mover and shaker comes from the United States, as Seattle Sounders have surged into the top-10 after jumping up 12 spots in the ranking, propelled by their recent Leagues Cup victory.

As ever, MLS and Liga MX dominate the standings, with Honduran outfit Olimpia coming in at 39 in the ranking to be the highest-rated team outside of the two top leagues in North and Central America.
