Lazio are looking to accelerate a move for Sporting Lisbon strike Jovane Cabral this month.
La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that while Lazio’s transfer market is blocked by the issue of liquidity index right now, they would be able to make moves once the outgoings of Denis Vavro and Vedat Muriqi are sorted out.
Cabral isn’t getting too much game time at Sporting and is actively looking to leave the club this month. Lazio would like to sign him on an initial loan deal with the option to buy him for €8 million in the summer.
Lazio want to sign him on loan initially so that they look assess him completely before deciding whether to sign him permanently in the summer or not.
