Lazio are concerned after Albert Gudmundsson suffered a painful shoulder scare on Iceland duty, with Il Messaggero reporting he felt severe collarbone pain as he left the pitch.

The 29-year-old, a Fiorentina loanee, started Iceland’s UEFA Nations League opener against Estonia and, before the half-hour, fell awkwardly after a collision with defender Marten Kuusk. The medical team applied ice to the area.
