Lazio were Serie A’s biggest spenders in the 2026 winter window, while Juventus were the only club not to spend, adding Jeremie Boga and Emil Holm on free loans.

The window closed on Monday, February two. According to Transfermarkt, Milan paid €eight million for Verona midfielder Alphadjo Cissè, 19, then sent him on loan to Serie B side Catanzaro.

Lazio had been under a transfer embargo in the summer, so their outlay this month was not unexpected. Maurizio Sarri also lost regular starters Matteo Guendouzi and Valentin Castellanos, prompting moves for reinforcements in central midfield and attack.

The Rossoneri also brought in Niclas Fullkrug from West Ham on loan with an option to buy.

Top spenders were: Lazio €36.5m, Napoli €31.5m, Roma €26m, Atalanta €22m, Sassuolo €20m.
