LD Alajuelense, Chorrillo FC seek victory in CWC exit

MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup continues with LD Alajuelense hosting Chorrillo FC in Group A on Tuesday at Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto in Alajuela, Costa Rica.

Both LD Alajuelense and Chorrillo FC have yet to win a match the current edition, and both sides will look to exit the Group Stage with their first victory.

Las Leonas have a point in Group A after a goalless draw against Club America to start their campaign. Goalkeeper Noelia Bermudes, who has recorded 21 saves in the Group Stage, leads the defensive efforts for LD Alajuelense.

Chorrillo FC will look to obtain its first point in the club’s first appearance in the tournament. Goalkeeper Sara Lozaso has 13 saves and will strive for her first clean sheet.
