Le Parisien reports that Médiamétrie figures show Netflix documentary Le Bus: les Bleus en grève passed 1 million views by 31 May, less than three weeks after its 13 May release.
Between 18 and 31 May, an average of 270,000 viewers watched it from start to finish.
The film revisits the Knysna scandal involving France at the 2010 World Cup.
For live sport, the most recent Roland-Garros on Prime Video drew an average of 140,000 viewers per night session across the first seven matches.
That audience was relatively modest, with the platform not helped this year by a lack of headline matches to lift numbers.
