Lille OSC are reportedly considering going on the offensive in a bid to sign Le Havre player Mory Diaw (33), according to information from L’Équipe.
In their search for a goalkeeper capable of providing competition for Berke Özer (26), the Dogues’ management are said to have made the Senegalese player their top target. Having made 30 appearances in Ligue 1 last season, the Paris Saint-Germain academy graduate kept seven clean sheets and conceded 41 goals.
Under contract until 2027, Diaw, who faces competition from Lionel Mpasi (32) between the posts at Le Havre, could well be tempted by Lille’s project, where he would notably have the opportunity to experience the Champions League, for which LOSC have qualified thanks to their third-place finish at the end of the 2025-26 season.
This is obviously an enticing prospect for the Senegalese international, who has earned nine caps and played across Europe before returning to France four years ago.
