Paulo Dybala is expected to soon sign a contract that will tie him to Roma for at least another year.
The Argentine, long linked to Boca Juniors, has reached an agreement with the Giallorossi.
Having listened to Gian Piero Gasperini’s requests, the Grugliasco-born coach will once again be able to count on the class of the number 21.
On the other side of the world, however, there are those who hoped Paulo would return to Argentina.
Leandro Paredes, for example, tried everything he could to convince his compatriot and former teammate to join him in Buenos Aires.
The former Giallorossi number 16 appears to have given up hope.
In an interview with DAZN, Paredes spoke again about Dybala: “It would be a pleasure to have him with me at Boca. He’ll make his own decisions and will certainly have a lot on his mind. I’d be happy if he came with me, but otherwise I always wish him the best because he’s a great person.”
