Lecce star Ylber Ramadani has, on Wednesday, confirmed that he has held talks with Inter Milan, over a potential move to San Siro.
For those not familiar with his name, midfielder Ramadani only made the move to Serie A this past summer, in a low-cost deal from Scottish outfit Aberdeen. And the 27-year-old has gone on to take to Italian football like a duck to water.
All told, Ramadani has featured from the off in all 11 of Lecce’s Serie A fixtures, impressing at the base of the Lupi’s midfield.
And such form, it would appear, has already begun piquing attentions amongst the heavyweights of Italian football.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of the midfield star himself that he recently held discussions with Inter Milan director Piero Ausilio, over a possible Nerazzurri switch.
Not only that, but he seems fully determined to make such a move come to fruition.
Speaking to Analuzy Kuqezi, via TuttomercatoWeb, Ramadani explained:
“He was in Tirana, I met Ausilio, and we stayed for a long time talking. For me it’s a very big motivation, I can’t stop working to go to Inter.”
He went on to add that:
“If I score a goal at Milan, I’ll come back to do an interview with the shirt.”
