Wolves are willing to listen to offers for the Norway international this month, given the club's current standing in the Premier League.

Rob Edwards' side are 20th in the table and 14 points from safety, with relegation probable, barring an unforeseen turnaround.

Their plight has led to a softened stance on Strand Larsen's future.Wolves rejected multiple bids for the 25-year-old in the summer, with the highest from Newcastle United in the region of £55m.

Strand Larsen has endured a tougher second season at Molineux after scoring 14 league goals in 2024-25. He has netted just once in thePremier League, though scored a hat-trick in last weekend's FA Cup win over Shrewsbury Town in a return to form.

Strand Larsen joinedWolves on an initial loan deal from Celta Vigo in 2024, which was made permanent for a fee of €30m (£26m) last summer. He has scored 20 times in 61 appearances for the club.

At international level, he's scored four times in 24 caps for Norway, though faces competition from Erling Haaland and Alexander Sorloth for a first-choice role.

The Athletic are reporting that Leeds have enquired about a deal, though no official offer has been submitted.

Daniel Farke's side are not alone in pursuing Strand Larsen, while there's also a need to comply withPremier League Profit and Sustainability rules. It's understood Wolves would be seeking a fee of around £40m.

Strand Larsen is not the onlyWolves player in demand this month. Atletico Madrid have identified Joao Gomes as a potential replacement for Conor Gallagher, who joined Tottenham Hotspur in a £35m deal this week. Manchester United have also been named as admirers of the Brazilian.
