Leeds United’s stance on Largie Ramazani remains unchanged amid his surge at Valencia.
El Desmarque reports that Valencia have sounded out keeping him, and carried Ramazani’s recent words: “We will analyse everything at the end of the season and I will keep working as I have been. I have ambition and I will work until the end of the season.”
Last summer Leeds resisted a buy clause when sending him on a season-long loan to Carlos Corberan’s Valencia. At the time, Robbie Evans underlined that no purchase option would be permitted and that the club wanted the ability to bring Ramazani back if he kicked on.
After an injury-affected start, the Belgian has produced six goals in the last 12 league games across three months. He has contributed 19% of Valencia’s goals and helped secure 16 points in that spell.
Ramazani left for regular minutes amid increased competition under Daniel Farke, his first Leeds season was intermittent. He also played a visible part in promotion celebrations, deepening his connection with supporters.
Leeds appreciate him and have no need to sell, so Valencia’s interest reads as confirmation of value rather than a trigger for negotiation. With uncertainty over another loan and momentum behind him, a return now looks the likeliest scenario.
