Leeds submit 25-man Premier League squad with Mateo Joseph included ahead of Brighton trip | OneFootball

Leeds United have completed their summer business and named their Premier League squad, with long-absent striker Mateo Joseph included, before Saturday’s second away game of the season at Brighton.

Updates are set to follow through the day ahead of a three pm kick-off at the Amex.

The summer 2026 transfer window closed on Tuesday evening, after which Premier League clubs were required to submit their squads. Leeds lodged a 25-man list that featured Joseph.

Each club’s squad can include no more than 17 players who do not meet the ‘Home Grown Player’ (HGP) criteria. The remainder, up to a total of 25, must be home grown.

Clubs also register eligible Under-21 players on an additional list, allowing them to feature beyond the 25-man limit.
