Daniel Farke has been handed a fitness boost, with Anton Stach returning from Germany duty unscathed after remaining on the bench against Ghana.
According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the Leeds United midfielder earned a first Germany call-up in four years for friendlies against Switzerland and Ghana under Julian Nagelsmann.
Stach played 10 minutes off the bench against Switzerland with the game at 3-3, Germany later won 4-3. His club teammate Noah Okafor was an unused substitute for the opponents.
In Stuttgart on Monday, Stach was again among the substitutes but did not feature as Kai Havertz and Deniz Undav scored in a 2-1 win. Nagelsmann made eight changes in total yet kept Stach rested.
The 27-year-old has been virtually ever-present for Leeds, missing only a handful of Premier League matches through injury. Before the break he completed 90 minutes in demanding fixtures against Manchester City, Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Brentford.
He now returns with just 10 minutes in his legs. Leeds visit West Ham for an FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday, then resume the league at Manchester United on Monday, April 13.
It remains to be seen how strong a team Farke selects at the London Stadium, with a potential Wembley trip weighed against the priority of Premier League survival. Victory would build momentum, although those picked risk injury.
Farke will at least welcome multiple internationals back recharged. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has also not featured this week after being sent back by England following his substitute outing against Uruguay.
