Leeds booked their place by beating Derby County 3-1 at Pride Park on Sunday. Ben Brereton Diaz put Derby ahead, then second-half goals from Willy Gnonto, Ao Tanaka and James Justin turned it around.

It will be the third time this season Leeds have faced Championship opposition, following that Derby win and a Carabao Cup penalty shootout defeat at Sheffield Wednesday in August.

Birmingham are 14th in the Championship, having come up from League One last season. They beat Cambridge United 3-2 in the third round, conceding twice late on after going 3-0 up.

Fourth round ties are pencilled in for Friday, February 13 to Monday, February 16, with TV selections to dictate the exact day.

For Leeds, the match sits between a midweek trip to Chelsea on Tuesday, February 10, and a visit to Aston Villa on Saturday, February 21.
