Daniel Farke’s side have seven games remaining, and face second-bottom Burnley in what could prove pivotal at the bottom.

Two other key Round 35 fixtures have also been moved that weekend. Tottenham Hotspur’s trip to Aston Villa is set for 12.30pm on Saturday, May 2 on TNT Sports. Should Villa reach the Europa League semi-finals, it will instead be played at 7pm on Sunday, May 3.

Nottingham Forest’s visit to Chelsea has also been selected for broadcast, now a 3pm kick-off on the Bank Holiday Monday of May 4 on Sky Sports.
