Leeds United’s 10 summer signings are graded at the 16-game mark after a slump of six defeats in seven flipped to an upturn. According to Leeds Live, more than £100million was spent and PSR limits tighten January. Three earn eights, one gets a five.
Lucas Perri gets six, with two clean sheets and a vital save from Virgil van Dijk, yet distribution and handling have wavered. Jaka Bijol is a seven, steadier in a back three and on target against Chelsea.
Sebastiaan Bornauw is the only five, injuries and fourth-choice status curbing his rhythm. Gabriel Gudmundsson shines with an eight, astute at wing-back, occasional slips including an own goal against Fulham, but strong recovery.
James Justin rates seven, a reliable understudy who settled after a rough first half at Manchester City. Anton Stach also gets seven, inconsistent and carrying a rib issue earlier, improved since Aston Villa, set up Bijol at Chelsea and scored against Liverpool.
Sean Longstaff’s seven follows a fine debut versus Newcastle and a goal plus assist against Bournemouth, with a set-piece link to Joe Rodon repeated at West Ham. He dipped before injury, but offers experience and leadership.
Noah Okafor is a seven, bright start with two goals and direct running, though turnovers and defensive help have varied. He now profiles as back-up striker.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin takes an eight after four in four, sharper with a partner and ever-present since debut. Lukas Nmecha also gets eight, four goals and tireless work, though he goes down easily in aerial duels and a fresh hamstring issue needs watching.
