Leeds United striker Lukas Nmecha could face a sibling showdown, as The Athletic reports that Manchester United have made enquiries about his brother Felix this summer.

Nmecha was Leeds’ first arrival last summer, joining on a free after leaving Wolfsburg. Alongside fellow free agent Dominic Calvert-Lewin, he helped deliver 20 Premier League goals, with Nmecha scoring six.

Felix, a midfielder, made 42 appearances for Borussia Dortmund last season. He extended his contract to 2030 in March.

The 25-year-old featured at the World Cup, where Germany went out in the round of 32 to Paraguay after a penalty shoot-out this week. He started every game, scoring and assisting in the 7-1 win over Curacao and supplying an assist in the 2-1 defeat of Ivory Coast.

Both brothers began at Manchester City, then reunited at Wolfsburg in 2021 before Felix moved to Dortmund in 2023. They faced each other twice in the Bundesliga, Dortmund won both. In total, they have played together 28 times since their City youth days.
