Left out: 18 shirts that may not be worn at the Copa

Among the two (or three) shirts for each of the 48 World Cup teams, some were not selected for the first phase.

FIFA released the combination for each match in the first phase, and 18 shirts are out of the group stage and will only have a chance to appear at the World Cup if the teams wearing them advance.
