Leicester City goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk has confirmed his ACL operation was successful, with team-mates rallying around him after the setback. He will miss the rest of the season following a knee injury sustained in the first minute of the Foxes' 2-0 win over Plymouth Argyle.

The goalkeeper said in a social media post that his recovery now begins.

He had started City's League One matches against MK Dons and Plymouth after watching the first two fixtures from the bench.
