Leicester City team news v Bristol City as Harry Winks left out again | OneFootball

Harry Winks has been omitted from Leicester City’s squad again, with Marti Cifuentes making just one change for the trip to Bristol City, according to LeicesterMercury.co.uk.

Winks missed the win at Derby for what was described as a technical decision, with the manager declining to elaborate, and he remains outside the 20-man group at Ashton Gate.

The only alteration is familiar from midweek fixtures, Hamza Choudhury replaces Ricardo Pereira at right-back and also wears the armband.

Ben Nelson keeps his place alongside Jannik Vestergaard, with Wout Faes among the substitutes. Up front, Jordan Ayew again starts ahead of Patson Daka and Julian Carranza.

With Boubakary Soumare, Jeremy Monga and Aaron Ramsey injured, Louis Page, Bade Aluko and Jake Evans are on the bench. Evans would make his first appearance of the season if he features.
