A sale brochure for Leicester City and its assets has been circulated to prospective buyers as King Power seeks investment, The Athletic reports. It outlines the portfolio on offer and indicative pricing.

Titled Project Lineup and drafted by Citigroup, the document details the academy, King Power Stadium and the £100m Seagrave training base.

Leicester’s women’s team and sister club OH Leuven in Belgium are also included. The Srivaddhanaprabha family are seeking around $300m (£222m) for the full portfolio, though a deal is more likely to be around £148m after relegation to League One and recent losses.

The brochure highlights King Power’s tenure, from a purchase of around £35m from Milan Mandaric in 2010 to Premier League and FA Cup triumphs. It says Leicester are one of only five clubs to have won all three major domestic trophies since 2000, presenting the club as EFL’s most successful and the sole team in England’s third largest city with a broad, loyal fanbase. It also pitches a rare opportunity to buy a club with a strong promotion record.

Since 2021 the club have posted losses of £92.5m, £89.7m, £19.4m and £71.1m across the last four accounting periods. Extension assets expected to draw interest include the Belvoir Drive training ground and land acquired outside King Power Stadium for potential expansion.

As of 2025 the property portfolio is valued at £204m, comprising the stadium at £74m, Seagrave at £121m and Belvoir Drive at £9m.
