RB Leipzig have put a price tag of more than £80million on in-demand winger Yan Diomande.
Interest in the Ivorian is high following a breakout Bundesliga campaign. The 19-year-old hs scored eight goals and laid on four assists in 16 league starts for Leipzig this season, to attract transfer interest from Europe’s top teams.
Bayern Munich and Liverpool are both interested in a potential deal, while talkSPORT claim that Manchester United and Chelsea are monitoring his performances.
Liverpool sent scouts to watch Diomande in action during last weekend’s 2-2 draw at home to Wolfsburg, with the teenager on target for Leipzig.
However, any side interested will need to pay a substantial fee. Leipzig want more than £80m for Diomande, a fee that would represent a club-record sale. The club’s previous highest sale is the £77m departure of Josko Gvardiol to Manchester City in 2023.
Leipzig’s valuation will drop if the club do not secure Champions League qualification. The German side are currently fifth in the Bundesliga and two points from the top four.
