Lens consider Pierre Sage as Will Still replacement | OneFootball

RC Lens are on the search for a new manager. During his post-match press conference on Saturday night, an emotional Will Still revealed that he was leaving the club for personal reasons.

His departure comes just one year after he joined the club, with the former Stade de Reims manager looking to return to England. Sacha Tavolieri understands that Still has opportunities in the EFL Championship. One name is already being touted to replace Still – Pierre Sage.

Nantes also interested in Sage

The Frenchman has been out of work since being sacked by Olympique Lyonnais at the start of the year. L’Équipe understands that Sage is being considered by the hierarchy at Lens. However, they aren’t the only ones interested in acquiring his services. The former Lyon manager is also being linked with the job at FC Nantes, with Antoine Kombouaré seemingly likely to lose his job there, as per L’Équipe.
