Manchester United have received a huge boost ahead of tomorrow’s Europa League final as Leny Yoro, Diogo Dalot and Joshua Zirkzee are back in full team training.
Live video released this morning of the team’s final training session before they travel to Bilbao shows the three players working out with the rest of the squad.
Another player hopeful of recovering in time, Matthijs de Ligt, looks to have not made it as he was not involved in the session.
Whether any of the trio will be considered fit enough to start against Spurs tomorrow.
Yoro has probably the best chance of starting, having only missed one game for the Red Devils after limping off against West Ham on 11th May.
Dalot last played against Wolves on 20th April, but could be a surprise inclusion as despite lacking match sharpness, he remains one of Amorim’s most trusted lieutenants.
Zirkzee was injured in the match before Dalot, against Newcastle on 13th April.
Jonny Evans was also involved in the training session.
There were no surprise absentees from the training group either, so head coach Ruben Amorim will be able to pick from the biggest pool of senior players he has had since his arrival at Old Trafford.
Only De Ligt and Lisandro Martinez are out injured.
The team will fly to Bilbao after the training session and Amorim will attend a press conference with Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire this evening, probably at 6.30pm UK time.
The trio’s comments will be covered in full here on The Peoples Person.
