Ousmane Dembélé and Kylian Mbappé were among the 26 France players to complete a final public training session at Clairefontaine on Saturday afternoon before heading to the United States for the World Cup.

According to L'Équipe, all 26 were on the pitch eight days after arriving at Clairefontaine, having first worked indoors before this last open run-out in the Yvelines.

Players signed autographs and posed for photos with supporters, then warmed up in a lively mood. Rondos followed for around 15 minutes as the goalkeepers trained separately.

A competitive small-sided game with mini goals was staged. Dembélé stood out for his intensity, and part of the group finished with shooting drills.

France travel to Lille on Sunday to face Northern Ireland on Monday at 21:10. After a rest day on Tuesday, they are due to fly at 13:00 on Wednesday to Boston, which will serve as their World Cup base.
