Fresh from Tuesday night’s Champions League play-off second leg, Bodö/Glimt return to action less than 24 hours later for the first round of the Norwegian Cup, having clinched a place in the league phase.

L'Équipe reports that Kjetil Knutsen’s side visit Fauske/Sprint, about 50 kilometres from Bodö, on Wednesday evening.

Bodö/Glimt beat Nimègue 3-0 in the return leg on Tuesday, having already won the first game 3-1.

Last season they produced a historic Champions League run, reaching the last 16 after eliminating Inter Milan.

They also lifted the Norwegian Cup last season, their third crown in the competition after 1975 and 1993.
